Do I need to book the whole vehicle?

No. You book individual seats on a scheduled group departure — one traveller or a whole family.

How do I know if my departure will run?

Each departure shows its status. A departure is confirmed once the minimum group size is reached and our team has finalised transport and hotels. If the minimum isn't reached by the booking deadline, you'll be offered a transfer to another date or a full refund.

How long are my seats held while I pay?

Seats are held for 15 minutes after you enter traveller details. If payment isn't completed in that time, the seats are released for others.

When is my booking confirmed?

Only after our system verifies your payment with the payment provider. You'll see a booking reference in My Trips.

How do cancellations work?

Request a cancellation from My Trips. Refund amounts follow the trip's published cancellation policy and are reviewed by our team.
