Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure. 50% refund 3–7 days before. No refund within 72 hours.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Rescheduling: One free transfer to another departure of the same trip, subject to availability, up to 5 days before departure.
Minimum group size: The departure runs once the minimum group size is reached. If not reached by the booking deadline, you will be offered a transfer or a full refund.
Children & seniors: Children aged 5–11 pay the child fare. Under 5 travel free without a seat.
